Form delivery
Web3Forms processes the form and forwards it to email. Its published documentation says submissions are not stored, although server logs may contain personal information for up to two months. Its servers are in the United States, US-East region, and its parent business is based in India.
Retention
Enquiry emails are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed, normally within 12 months of the last meaningful contact. They may be kept longer where an active working relationship, legal duty or dispute requires it.
